Screed Proof Infusion (SPI)
SPI is a new waterproofing material; it has been more than 10 years since its inception. Through our strong promotion and practical application, SPI already has a certain number of old customers in the Singapore market.
SPI is currently widely used in the market with other products to support each other, with no contradiction. Its property can make up for the imperfection of other products. For example, most of the products used currently in the market are Polyurethane Grouting, but Polyurethane Grouting can only be applied to the leakage of concrete materials, Polyurethane Grouting cannot be used for the red brick wall leakages, and SPI is more all rounded.

Cementitious Waterproofing
TamSeal 10F is a two-component acrylic modified cementitious coating that requires only on-site mixing to form the ideal product to waterproof and resurface concrete, masonry and most other construction materials. TamSeal 10F comes in two grades Standard for general application and HDB for higher flexibility requirements. TamSeal 10F provides an effective barrier to waterborne salts and atmospheric gases. It also provides a hardwearing, seamless, waterproof membrane for roofs and concrete protection. TamSeal 10F should not be left unprotected but covered by tiles or other protective coatings.

5 Coats Systems Liquid Apply
Davco K10 Sovacryl is a premixed flexible acrylic waterproofing membrane that can be applied directly from the pail.
Davco K10 Sovacryl 5 layers system forms a microporous membrane that waterproofs external surfaces from water seepage and protects it from deterioration due to carbonation, acid or chemical attack and other types of environment pollution.
- Application of Sovacryl Acrylic Primer onto the entire surface.
- Application of 1st body coat of Davco Sovacry Acrylic Urethane waterproofing membrane for all detailing area.
- Installation of 240g per sqm chopped strand fibre mat over 1 coat of waterproofing membrane with not less than 100mm lapping.
- Application of 2nd body coat of Davco Sovacryl Acrylic Urethane waterproofing membrane over 1st body coat & fibre mesh till fully saturated thereafter allows drying.
- Application of Davco Sovacryl finishing coat acrylic urethane waterproofing membrane.
